Once you arrive at the Villa, you will be greeted by a beautiful garden ideal for morning coffee, the ideal space to escape and read a good book.

Going a little further you will find direct access to the first bedroom, which has 2 queen size beds, an attached private bathroom, a large closet, air conditioning, and smart TV.

Moving forward we find the second room which has the same equipment 2 queen size beds, an attached private bathroom, a large closet, air conditioning, and smart TV.

Leaving the second bedroom we will enter the dining room, with ample space for 8 people and can be extended comfortably for 10. The dining room shares space with the kitchen, decorated with a modern look and fully equipped with all appliances, cutlery, and kitchen materials ready for the use of any guest (Recommendation, ask for the chef’s service, it is a complete and ideal experience for organizing a pleasant moment with family and friends).

Attached to the dining room is a room, equipped with a large Smart TV, spacious and comfortable for rest and social gatherings. Both kitchen, dining room, and living room share the view to the outside of the house, which has a privileged location since it is in front of hole 1 of the Teeth of The Dog golf course and also has an ocean view.

Outside the house, you can find another social area, it has an outdoor dining room, ideal for having breakfast with that panoramic view, or for barbecues at night with a ceiling of stars. This area also has seats and sofas to share and enjoy an outdoor environment.

The house has a private pool, which in cold weather is acclimatized. When you use the pool, so you don’t have to enter the house wet when you need to use the bathroom, the villa has a beautifully decorated outdoor bathroom so you don’t interrupt your moments of sharing for long.

Moving to the second floor you will find the 3rd bedroom, which has a King bed, Smart TV, air conditioning and its private bathroom.

And finally the master bedroom (4th room), pleasantly decorated with its private room, a desk so you can work comfortably, 1 king bed, large closet, with its private bathroom. This last room connects directly with an incomparable panoramic view that fills you with peace without wanting to leave this space.
