The Villa designed by Hector Ruiz Velazquez is outstanding by its minimalist design and its modern architecture. You can observe in almost every corner a piece of art from worldwide known artists that go in line with the design of the villa.

The villa has an air-conditioned dining room and cold kitchen for up to 12 people. Additionally, in the common areas, you have a warm kitchen and outside facilities that you can use as you desire.

The outside area made in an L form is located in front of the swimming pool and the golf course, in this space you have a table for having breakfast, different areas, pool table, jacuzzi…

The villa has available 6 bedrooms and 6 en suite bathrooms where the master room has a spacious bathroom with a Balinese shower (outdoors) and a bath. It also has a bathroom for the guests.

With your renting price, you have included: 1 golf cart and 3 workers (1 cleaning lady, 1 cook and 1 butler) from 8:00 to 17:00, in case, that extra hours are required it involves an extra cost please do talk directly to them for a rate per hour. This will be paid directly to them. All of our workers are vaccinated against the COVID-19 and we follow the corresponding protocols for cleaning and disinfecting the property.

In the common areas of the villa, you can enjoy our pool, jacuzzi, pool table.. and can be used at my time they desire.

**Pool table-use policy- children under 12 are forbidden from using any related material, as they can harm themselves or other parties. In the case that any material is broken, it will be taken from the money paid in the deposit.**

The resort does not only have available a great number of activities, which also involves water activities. It also offers great restaurants to be able to enjoy international gastronomy, located in the marina and in Altos de Chavon.

Availability of extra golf carts and bicycles for renting at an extra cost. Contracts related to these should be signed in order to prevent and protect the guests and the host from any arising situations.
